the difference between djiboutians and other somalis

The differences I've noticed is that djiboutians tend to be more liberal and ineregate well with ajnabis for example there are a lot of americans and french people in djibouti and we speak french while other somalis only speak somali LOL were pretty although isaaq people are also very pretty and lightskinned and also were not religious majority of the girls dont wear the hijab/jilbaab in djibouti such as schools the only ones that wear it are the mothers or those southern somali refugees also outside djibouti especially in france is non existant we have nightclubs and a lot of lovely hotels for the lovely tourist EVEN david beckham visited my beloved Djibouti
