I've never seen my mom wear the traditional guntiino...in fact, I only learned it last year. I've only worn diracs to Somali weddings. It's sad because Somalis stole the Diracs for the Yemenis/Persians. We completely lost our culture! SMH. Sometimes I ask why Allah made me a Somali!
