both are worse from another!! nicotine is very addictive and i heard you can be addicted at first try. tobaco is yucky and do not have any thing good out of it. at least khamriga bad over take good but has some "manafi'a" but ciggarate never understood why existed to begin with to smoke.

Part of me believes that qat is worse because, unlike cigarette, its effect more than the health of the user; it affects the socioeconomic of the community/country and the familial structure etc. But I hate the cigarette more!
