How many of you own a property Somewhere

Just curious.Does any of you already own their own home? Don't tell me my family owns bla bla bla. That is not yours. I need something that you own and can sell it today if you want without talking to anyone.

The Idea of buying 5 apartments house ( 2 bedroom each apartment) is big on my mind. Its right now about 5-6 Million Ksh ( $ 50-60,000). It might take me 5 years to save insha allah but atleast I can retire with that. The rental is right about Ksh 10,000 per apartment which means I can bocket about 40,000 or $400 a month while sipping mango juice in the mosque if I live in one of them.

I own bunch of land. Lol people saying it's worth a damn but until I build, it just looks stupid spending money in dhulkaa ilaahay. It shouldn't cost me a thing.

Where do you own a land and how much does it cost to build a 3 bedroom house?

I own several plots in Koonfur iyo Somaliland. A decent 3 br house should cost around 40k. But it all depends on the location and market.

Where in Koonfur and Somaliland? I asked you which city. Hope you are not talking about beer in tribal land in the middle of nowhere. I am sure if I go to ceelhuur where my great Grandfather heils from, Maybe I can get 1KM land on the beach but who wants to go to Pirates land

Woow. Xeebta Jaziira and Hargaysa? You need to sell one and use the other one to build a big house on the other sxb. Jaziira property prices are sky rocketing now I heard. Both Jaziira and hargaysa is occupied by Dir ( Isaaq and Biyomaal)

so either is good. Sell one and build one.

Yes, From Muqdisho to Marka is settled by Biyomaal with some Wacdaan Cismaan. We have few Habargidir landowners who settled there in the 90s but Its Biyomal ancestral land.

Yes, From Muqdisho to Marka is settled by Biyomaal with some Wacdaan Cismaan. We have few Habargidir landowners who settled there in the 90s but Its Biyomal ancestral land.

I own land and property over there. I'm thinking about keeping the property but developing the remaining into charity use. Just that I need to find some volunteers or source of funding.

Where do you own a property? Did you already built it mise is just a bareland?
