London would collapse within a day if all welfare claimants were kicked off from London and moved up north. Unfortunately people fail to understand that capitalistic economy requires people working at bottom of the pyramid earning low salaries.

It's not just that, London schools require children to keep it going. Most of children in London are born into working class family i.e. welfare claimant.

As long as working class people are happy with the fact they will never make enough money to leave it for their own children and they will never enjoy as much luxuries as middle class people do then it's fine. There's nothing wrong with this - some people are materialistic, some are not.

£1 million house is simply the consequence of being located in really good location. It would cost less than £200k, perhaps even £100k if it were located up north.
