Actually Ethiopian population is under reported. I say Ethiopia is more than 130 million.

Indonesia was under 90 million in 1960 but today it is over 250 million.

That means it added 160 million in that period. Ethiopia had same or higher birth rates so it should have added at least 100 million.

The Ethiopian census center needs to update its database.

We are missing at least 30 million people and we need to ask how we missed to count people more than Ghana.

I think you are totally correct with this assumption. Ethiopia lies and its own census is an estimate not an actual head count. It doesn’t make sense, 100 million population, its largest city Addis has 3.7 million and the second largest city is 300k. So Ethiopia must have unbelievable amounts of small villages and doing a physical count would be impractical. They have inflated the numbers for more economic and military aid. They probably also changed or skewed the Muslim population as well, Ethiopia now has a Muslim majority or at least equal numbers with the Christians

Very true. Just look at the major ethnic maps and compare it to Amharu and Tigray region, they are like mice to cat when comparing to the rest of the ethnic regions yet Amharu population are listed high numbers despite owning only 15% of the Ethiopian territories. Amharu and Tigray have been rulers for the last 100 years and ethnic census was manipulated or based on estimation (hence skewed the ethnic population). They are known to be manipulators and often placed Cushitic population as low despite breeding like rats compared to Amharu-Tigray who do not breed as much as Cushitics do. They call Ethiopian Muslims 34% even their Church officials put them under 7% when in reality, they make up to 65% when we all know by looking how much territories Somali, Afar, Oromo and Benishangul own, I heard from a Somali sheikh saying they are 70%. Allahu Alam because they are run by Christians, they will never release the census.

Yet, they expect us to believe they are 100 million when they manipulated the Muslim population? Its all about getting more UN aids.
