Darood and Isaaq .....Feb 1989

Was it to add fuel to the already blazing fire?

Did the BBC Somali branch bear any responsibilty for the escalations of the conflict between Darood and Isaaq as a result of this broadcast (and perhaps others too) during this period?

Walaahi, it just cares to show that foriegn enteties played major parts in the Somali Conflicts from its beginning right through the current situation.

Please note this does not lessen any blame on the stupidity of Somali clan worship!!

I don't think there was some kinda 'conspiracy' involved in what happened in Somalia.
