The Galmudug Soldiers have been fighting Alshabaab in Xarardheere for this week then they relocated to Garacad after they left Harardhere. I don't think Alshabaab wants Garacad because there is nothing in there. Its a poor remote town in Mudug. Alshabaab do not eat fish. They want Money and Fame

This boys mostly came from Somaliland. They are going back home to Burco. Garacad is just a resting place for few days.

Alshabaab lost major territory last few months in Middle shabelle, there was a massacre against them few days ago, They all flet to Ceeldheer and Xarardheere thier last two towns in Galgaduud and Mudug. The largest Alshabaab ever are now based in Xarardheere, they failed to Move up North as the local HG Saleban Clan include xoolo dhaqato and kids are heavily armed, their ultimate destination is Buuraha Galgala Puntland.
Four times they tried to move up north Xarardheere and found heavy resistances from the local HG saleban clan, Shabaab lost some of their top commanders and retreated back to Xarardheere.

Since they could not move up north thier only remining option is to go to punland by boats, few days ago they took 7 boats from ceeldheer coastal town, the only website reported is ceelhuur.com

Those guys now Captured Garacad and probably will move up north,there are more boats to come next coming days as the local people reported.

an update News is coming out now, an estimate 150 armed shabaab left Garacad to up north. Like i said before this guys are going to Galgala mountain.

alshabaab now discovered new ways to get around HG Saleban deegaans to get to their ultimate destination the galgala.
