Police seek Somalian man in 2002 cold case

Toronto Police are appealing to the public to help find the suspect of a 2002 murder case.

Suleiman Abdi Ahmed was 18 when police allege he was involved in the murder of Mahad Tahlil, 20.

Police responded to an Esso gas station at 261 Dixon Rd. at around 12:30a.m. on Sept. 2, 2002. where they found the victim suffering from stab wounds.

He died a short time after arriving at the hospital.

Ahmed, 32, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. Police warn anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately.

Homicide investigators are asking the public to share their video on social media with hopes that it reaches members of the Etobicoke area, where the murder occurred.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7400, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).

most likely he ran back to somalia and he could have joined al-kabab in which case he could be dead by now. he is a thug, so I don't think he can hold down any job anywhere. if you know where this ruthless murderer is, contact your local police.
