This guy is Reer Siyaad from a well known family. He was killed by Murursade moriyaan. He went back to claim his house that was built by his father or uncle, a huge compound that included a masjid built by his family. He was coming out of that masjid when he was killed. They killed him because the courts had already ruled in his favor.

The sick people claiming he was alshabab don't even know his uncle Daud Dirir was killed by alshabab in Kismaayo.

It really depends on who else claims your house. If it is miskeens than you have nothing to worry about but if it isn't it's better to wait.
