I've been lately told my hair at the front is receding. I didn't notice but a family member told me. And when it comes to nutrients, vegetables, fruits, chicken, fish, meet (goat, lamb, and beef) are all in my diet. I am not worried about my head becoming naked, but it seems, as some suggested, I need to check the iron levels in my body. I've felt having the correct diet will give me the necessary vitamins and other nutrients. But then there may be some hereditary involved as well.

With this age, kids, and family responsibilities, it is the least in my worry.

Iron deficiency does make you lose hair or have it thinning

I started taking nature made multi vitamins with iron.

Why don't Somalis like the fully shaved look? It's better than being semi bald
