sugitaanka= Waiting room
duqa magaalada The Mayor
wuxuu waafaqsan yahay= Is in agreement with or believes that..!
oogada = siman? Whats this Oogada? lagu soo oogay as in waxa lagu soo oogay dacwad meaning, a case was brought against him?
qeynuunka= The law
madaxda xubinta =Head of a Department
eydiistaha wuxuu leeyahay warqada aqoonsiga lam= Eedaysanaha ** The defendant has legal residency papers

It's the description of the person, Oogada meaning the structure of the person I think and thats why it said Siman or it's to do with the weight but I could be wrong. Dhererka is the height, Timaha what type of hair and eyes etc...!

Oogada I think means body type or structure as Agent said, but put in context with timaha, dhererka, iyo indhaha, it may mean weight.

Oogada means surface, and sugitaanka means securing as in sugitaanka ammaanka.

Waar you gotta contextualize the words and then translate ma fahminoo, sugitaanka in this instance means waiting room/waiting and not securing lol when you take " waaxda dad dhiggida" into consideration or it could be something to do with security who knows, and oogada is qofka jismigisa sare ama joogiisa,

Sugitaanka could be both, the only reason i translated it as securing is because the other possibilities were already written. Wixii la sheegay maxaan kaga soo celceliyaa?
Oogada could be any kind of surface INCLUDING a human body's surface. We are on the same page here.

Oogada is build. As in build and stature of a person (skinny, medium, fat, short)

If this is a Somali passport or Birth certificate you are translating sugitaanka could be location of issue of the document or the person's city of residence e.g. qofkaasi wuxuu ku sugan yahay magaalada Hargeisa.

Waaxda dad dhigida = Registering section.
Sugitaanka = Authentication
Wuxuu waafaqsan yahay = According to,or in relation to.
Ogada = The body (specification of colour)
It is terms used in Somali offices.
