there was a man back the in prophet's(PBUH) days who was an alcoholic and sahaba hated him for that. one day he came to the prophet(PBUH) while he was drunk and sahaba pushed him away and one of them cursed the man and the prophet(PBUH) said"Dont curse him he is a man who loves Allah and his prophet" and whenever the man wasnt drinking he sat next to the prophet and chat.

moral of the story is dont judge a person, yes she could be religious but struggling with temptations just like how some hijabis are hoejabis

Somalis and many Muslims value appearance over substance.

Yeah, religous nowadays means praying 5 times & staying away from major sins. Basically, things that should be a given of a Muslim so, yeah.

Term hoejabi is judgemental too though. There's lots of male equivalents but they're not labelled.

you can consider urself what ever you want, but you aint religious. you can be a good person but you cant be religious and refuse to obey allah's command.

I don't wear it because I don't feel ready. I don't want to rush into things, when I feel ready, I will insha'allah.
Allah known what's in my heart and my intentions and I would like to believe that it's the most important thing.

are all hijbais religious? absolutely no, i dont think cloth makes one religious. allah sees whats in someone's heart not their looks. but hijab isnt just a piece of cloth. its a command from allah.

I don't wear it because I don't feel ready. I don't want to rush into things. I wear it during Ramadan though if that counts. Only Allah known what's in my heart and my intentions.
and there's nothing wrong with that walal. i am sure your intentions are good and you are a good muslimah. and may allah make it easy for you to be able to wear hijab consistently aamiin.but again, being religious its more than just being a good person with good intentions.

Ive known sheikhs who like to swear, ive known religous somalis who were whores when they were younger, ive known many hypocritical somalis who like to pretend they are perfect muslims whilst they are doing haram. Yet for some reason everyone will have an issues with a somali woman who may not wear the headscarf. Religion has always been about controlling women.

May have morals but being religious NO

Hijab is an obligation except when the signs of aging starts like when her hair turns gray

It's not about her personality rather being fitna for men
