We Somalis are not black i dont care if people disagree with me we are Cushitic people with different culture and blood, any Somali that say they're black are in denial and needs a reality check. People who are "black" are of sub saharan descent which we are not yes we are darker skinned but so are sri lankans and southern indians but are they black? no. Not everyone from Africa is black, besides majority of the UK population can tell the difference between black people and Somalis and we even have our own tick box in application forms we are just Somali, and anyways why would you want to identify yourself as black when they hate and ridicule us and dont consider us as their own and even make disgusting jokes about us. I will never consider myself as black.
