Whatsapp pics saving on my Media Galary

Guys,

Everytime I talk to a group on Whatssap, all the pictures from them is saved to my Media galary. How can I stop that so that I can only read and not have their junk pics saved to my phone?

Wallahi I have this problem too.Its so bloody annoying.It has stopped me opening any new posts or chats on WhatsApp

2. Go to settings- chats- save incoming media, there should be an on and off button.

No worries, I actually have it on because I get sent pictures that I love to keep, hence why my 16gb iPhone is full, I have it on because sometimes people send me pictures I like to keep, could be relatives/ or husband sending pictures they've snapped of the kids and etc.

But I always go back to useless pics and delete delete delete..
