Adali, Ina Adeer, I'm with you on this one. When we become passionate about things, we take it too far to the point of no return. Unfortunately, tribalism is one such negative emotion that triggers the beast in us. You can't teach old dogs new tricks, therefore we should concentrate on the school children and teach them toleration, respect, co-existence with their fellow Somalis and United (diaspora) for Somali causes, otherwise, like the generation preceded them, we will see in the future, young Somali men and women united with others for other causes except their own. Somalinimo =/= Somaliweyn. I can care for all Somalis and see them as my kin even if I do not agree with the unionist philosophy of Somaliweyn. That is what the fools on this site and off of it need to understand. Civilized people can figure it out but somehow most of us can't. If my own biological brother decides to have a completely different political view than me does not mean I stop caring for him and disown claiming some random guy I don't know as my brother just to spite him. That is the Somali way.
