As for somalis who have businesses in townships, then they've made a killing by operating these small shops. I met some south African Muslim brothers who came straight from Johannesburg and they were all quite impressed with how well we had done for ourselves. Guys who came broke are now living it up and have several businesses.

Somalis are not afraid of getting their hands dirty and taking huge risks by operating in impoverished areas if there's money to be made.

if we had three countries exactly like southafrica in Africa, the continent would have prospered long ago! One in the west, one in the east and one in the north! Bantu's that live there are the majority but the economic minority in that country. Where most of the economy,media and infastructure is owned largly by Europeans. The native majority in the country are poor, violent ,uneducated and destitute.
