I stayed in Calgary for 6 months.....i really liked it than the noisy and over crowded Toronto ,

most non-white stay at the east side, NE is dominated by asian, especially punjabi, SE is mixed,u can find all sort of immigrants.

I dont think Somalis are visible minorities there, they are scattered all around, when i was there struggled to find a somali resturanct, found only 2 in whole of Calgary .

Blue.Walahi i am not hating.I have been there few times.It definitely has improved the last couple of years but it is meel si udilana.I cant exactly pinpoint what it is.

Bro move to here! We have big Muslim community, somalis, arab, pakis all. I am sure you will love here. You could teach our Islamic school honesty, the only thing bad about here is winter. If you can handle snow and cold it's really a good place to live. Way way cheaper than the ridiculous van city.

It's cheaper now since the oil price is down. Two bedroom about a 1000. Though it depends on where you wanna rent. Could be up to 1300 Anybody who wants to work and not into drugs is very welcome to our city
