^ ontarios winter is as harsh as Edmonton's. If you want cool weather no snow stay in vancity. I would say just try frist since you already bought the house there. You can always move afterwards if you don't like it. One of the rights you have as a Canadian citizen or Pr, is freedom of movement

Alberta is a cursed deadly place avoid it by all means. Lived in calgary for 10 years I wouldn't recommend my enemies for Edmonton or calgary. Its finished no more jobs, oil hit the bottom yet everything is priced as though the barel is at $129.

It's only few hours away from Seattle but those freaking agents at the border crossing give me a hard time. Smh. I love the city tho, very clean and friendly people.
