Kenya-Somalia Maritime Spat Goes to Hague Court

Postby COOL-MAN » Sun Sep 18, 2016 4:32 pm

The epic battle to take or rescue the oil in the Somali sea starts tommorow. Which lawyers are defending somalia in the international court of justice? We know what the two top Kenyan lawyers are capable of. They overturned the charges brought against Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.

It's now about how you urgue your case and none does better than these two legal brains from the Afrika. My heart is with Somalia to win but I can't see light at the end of tunnel given the fact that it's Somalia leaders who led it to come into this. Kenya is very rich compared to Somalia. Somalia leaders are corrupt and bend over for amisom leaders. Recent example is the qaad fiasco that led to its president siding with the Kenyan president' demands over his ppl's wish to ban qaad.

I have believe bad news is coming to somalia the sea wil be in the hands of kenya while somalia leaders and the Hutus mourn the death of their warlord badi ba la qaaatay. The leaders of Mogadishu are busy with re election. Kenyans are actually focusing on how to obtain the sea and they are using their resources the right way.

i am very indifferent really who ever wins wins for his own Somalia will not give an inch of its waters to us nor will they share their resources with us nor will they stop claiming our land. And the kenyans will do what is best for their kenya. Geopolitically as the odds stand now a strong Kenya is in our Somaliland interest but old foes can become friends and old friends can become enemies in East Africa all can happen. Hence why i am also neutral

futurist i am in hargeysa now but if i was in the netherlands i would go there
