What i dont understand Somalia is in beef with Kenya over the waters right at the same time Kenya and Somalia are signing visa entry accords what the fuck i dont get it. Somalias case is stronger but that does not matter money plays a bigger role the culusow admin is so weak and so dumb they are not even investing in the best lawyers of the world all they had to do is contact New Yorks best Law firms hire them give them a good amount of cash since there is plenty of cash in Mogadishu and tell them to win the case for them culusow and co did not even invest in their own case. so many things wrong with somalias leaders i will never understand them

The only reason why the proposed line does not extend in the same way in the Kenya- Tanzania border is because it would go through one of Tanzania's islands which is illegal. What is a fair deal border deal that Tanzania is not comparable or applicable in the Somalia Kenya case.
Also notice Somalia and Kenya's border is not a 40 degreas angle but stretches further downhill.

I just listened to Kenya's closing arguments...lol they are insisting to deal with somali officials behind the scenes without UN's involvement. It is like bribe 'em, bully 'em...

They did not challenge the fact they are the ones to blame for the failed 1to1 negotiations and now they are saying we need this piece coz of shabab threat... i hope the court insists the matter is under its jurisdiction.

That somali foreign minister of kenya may have deliberately subotaged them by not going ahead with the 3rd meeting  somali@heart.

According to a Norwegian official, Somalis thought the MOU was part of another negotiation repared by Norway and they had to sign it. They even thanked him for preparing it. They could've been duped, bribed, or both.

Indeed mindboggling and the crazyiness dont stop there. The PM and his minister who signed the MOU are both seeking another chance in office.

Wallahi waa cajiib. He was welcomed in Mogadishu amid this scandle. How could that be allowed to happen? Qabiilka supersedes qaran in somalia.

Apparently Kenyans have got wind of a phenomenon that has been sweeping the Skinny nation for quite sometime now; it is called 'ku qabso ku qadimayside'.
