What i dont understand Somalia is in beef with Kenya over the waters right at the same time Kenya and Somalia are signing visa entry accords what the fuck i dont get it. The only reason why the proposed line does not extend in the same way in the Kenya- Tanzania border is because it would go through one of Tanzania's islands which is illegal. What is a fair deal border deal that Tanzania is not comparable or applicable in the Somalia Kenya case.
Also notice Somalia and Kenya's border is not a 40 degreas angle but stretches further downhill.

I just listened to Kenya's closing arguments...lol they are insisting to deal with somali officials behind the scenes without UN's involvement. It is like bribe 'em, bully 'em...

They did not challenge the fact they are the ones to blame for the failed 1to1 negotiations and now they are saying we need this piece coz of shabab threat... i hope the court insists the matter is under its jurisdiction.
