Dunno, I've heard that the first East African to drive a car was someone from the Imperial Ethiopian family, perhaps the king himself?? Someone correct if I'm wrong.

Dunno, I've heard that the first East African to drive a car was someone from the Imperial Ethiopian family, perhaps the king himself?? Someone correct if I'm wrong.
First Ethiopian to gain a Driver's Licence was Mohammed Abdullahi ''Xoogsade/Ogsadey" of Diridhabe in 1922 during the Italian occupation.
