Looks beautiful and promising.

It needs to be developed into a coastal tourism town. It needs a mariner front, luxury boats, restaurants, hotels and water activities.

If I were you I do buy land there but at least 500m away from the water front (housing) coz later the cliff needs to be reinforced to improve stability and foundations otherwise say goodbye to ur house (erosion, land slide, tsunami).

But if you have restaurant idea go on top of the cliff and just hire good engineers.

Btw it's not Warsheikh it appears but Warshiikh.

I already own land in the area. In Ceel bashaqle north of the town and Haabaay south of warshekh. Both are close to the beach.

I was thinking of building a Bungalow resort in the future.

warshiikh, warsheikh or warsheekh just different spellings.

I wouldn't be surprised if Washeekh in the next decade became a notorious warlord in that place
The most historic places in Somalia today are mostly ruinous heaps, sad state of affairs.
But so much promise, doesn't even take that much to develop.
