But we probably could make Ethiopians pay for better border control if we deport 50,000 illegal Ethiopians and fine them $200 each that's $2m in total which will easily fund an additional 1,000 border forces. See as easy as that, maybe I should advise DT. If he fines 3m illegal immigrants $350 each that is over 1bn USD which will contribute to the cost of the wall. It is doable.
