Us govt is busy worrying about a useless Putin---our drones are being captured in China sea! That is ridiculous!

The necons who are part of both parties always want to escalate tensions with Russia and China though. Never full out war but to give them a black eye.
That's what the Pivot to Asia was all about. To encircle China, produce TPP which is basically a Pacific Rim version of NATO with huge corporate control of economic rules
