The problem is how can you tell who is alshabaab or not when they are deeply camorflaged in the public? We will have mass execution of innocent civilians on our hands if what you call for is implemented without tracking down their training camps, going undercover and a vigilent public that are on the look out as well as reporting suscipious activities they've seen or heard.

Then and only can you be sure that the right person was put to death by shooting..

we shouldnt be outraged if some people die due to mistaken identity when hunting terrorists.they are against any future stable,secure and economically prosperous somalia.
