They look great but why they all look the same?
I wouldn't want all my neighbors to look like me.
Differentiated product is more preferable than this homogeneous apartments.
I give them A+ for design.
Rio Arch does excellent designs in Hargeisa but bit expensive due to lack of competition.
Somtech need to come to Hargeisa.
Well done overall.

Gated community thats why they look the same. Individual villa houses look alot better.

FYI Somtech is the same company that built Daarusalaam, They also built Villas in alshabaab and islaax residents areas Ceelasha biyaha and Garas Baaleey, Salaam Bank pays them and owners payback to Salaam bank. its Islamic Mortgage without interests

Islamic mortgage is (mortgage without interest) great way to end the homeless in cities. People will afford buying low cost houses.

Development should be shared. There will always be super rich and super poor because resources are limited.
Hamza is not a terrorist but he feels the public can misunderstand things. The poor still need a hand.

600,000$ home and honest hard workers don't mix together, there is man made famine right now in Somalia because of these greedy dirty politicians. The money could use in building dams, wells and food storages but instead spent on mansion with swimming pool(drought era).

famine is due to lack of rains,defrostration,,it is natural,it is not hawiye fault that some other clans starve due to either alshabab presence in their regions(eelay nation) or their regions being labelled as disputed.,and sorry ,hawiye people are hard working and honest,we arent feeding off gov,so,mr.hamza saying all new houses in xamar belong to corrupt people when in fact majority are owned by regular hawiye bussinessmen ,what does he mean by that?
