Something's just kicked off live on BBC news channel. They've just arrested some guy on the street.

According the BBC news the police are telling people including those who live in the area to leave the area, leave their houses. At least for several blocks. People are being told to run, hide and tell the police if they see anyone. It seems like an ongoing situation
