Well she called 911 because she though an assault attack happened in her neighborhood. Maybe the Somali guy panicked and thought it was an attack or ambush. Either way he is inexperienced and only served 2 years.

He might not get arrested.

By 'other cops who shoot and kill civilians' I think you mean White cops who kill Blacks and get away with it. Yeah, the Whites will throw the book at him and the Blue Lives Matter phonies will not speak for him like the NRA phonies did not speak for Philando Castile. But what will be interesting to see in the coming days is who would really help this brother, would it be the Somali community or the African Americans we so hypocritically like to call Adoons. I would says the AA will probably support this brother and shield him as much as they can from the White supremacist punishment but it will be though.
