The site needs many corrections. For example:
There are eighteen administrative regions in Somalia, nine of which used to be owned by Somali Bantu.
Now, what could that mean? That they owned half of Somalia? Perhaps the writer meant they lived in 9 out of 18 regions. There are many such mistakes on the site, with some making no sense.

Before Siad Barre became President in the country.
The 18 regions were fully formed after Siad Barre become president. Nonetheless, which were the 9 regions that Somali Bantus used to own? Any historical source to prove that?

all the 9 regions in the southern side the Bantus owned. the reason why you cannot see them anymore because some of them Siad Barre used to killed them in private and other he threatened them to leave the area before the civil war but after the civil war there was no more Bantu in that regions.

Why did 'Siad Barre used to killed them in private'?

It's you who claimed that, not the writer. Why did you lie?
