That's already happening. Angola which is a former Portuguese colony is receiving lots of white Portuguese that go back to Angola after Portugals economy started crashing the past years. I watched a documentary about this and it was very ironic and soothing.

There were these South African businessmen who left South Africa when apartheid ended, and then came back to other parts of Africa and took over the trucking industry in Southern and Central Africa. These Whites returning to business in Sub-saharan Africa have caused the loss of business for many Somalis who had a heavy presence in Trucking industry.
