It appears Mugabe has lost the support of most of the military after the leaders of all the main branches came out and in day light basically gave him the middle finger. The military, led by corrupt men themselves, are against the wife of Mugabe from taking over power. Mugabe is now cornered by his own group of veterans that make up the core of ZANU-PF after he fired an influential VP in preparations of succession and transfer of power to his wife.

The VP is now rumored to be most powerful political man in cahoots with the military. Mugabe, who is now frail and slow due to age and relies on his wife, will likely be forced to resign and a "transitional government" put in place.
Yeah, they want a veteran of the independence war to replace Mugabe, that sounds familiar, and most of the people here who cry support Venezuela and probably have Che Guevara t-shirt but when it comes to Africa all of a sudden these negro coons go brain dead and wouldn't know where to find a Thomas Sankara t-shirt.

Negro coons should support a tyrant dictator because he has black skin?

That's what happens when you're ill informed, you piss in your own mouth, that shouldn't be an issue to you since it's all you do.

I presume you didn't understand my comment. So let me explain to you in a manner your kindergarten brain can understand. Zimbabwe was born out of a hard revolution that puts the Cuban revolution to shame, Fidel and his comrades chased out a bunch of gangsters while Mugabe and his comrades chased out hardcore White supremacists who had darker intentions and will than mere gangstas. So guess which one of these revolution is celebrated and which one is demonized? When Mugabe pulled the last straw of White supremacy they pilled more sanctions on the country but they are still standing. The fact that you celebrate Venezuela and spit on Zimbabwe shows how little you know about Africa. Keep celebrating Venezuela to show how "anti-system" you are and don't forget to put on your Che t-shirt it fits that white teenage girl fake "revolutionary" ideals so many have.

Nah, I can tolerate the word Allah, it's like Santa Claus to me. But I can't tolerate fake asses who pretend to be anti-system but are not.

Dacas you need to understand this is a coup. You should'nt say 'we are peforming a coup detat' because the international world will not condemn it.

We can also tell is a coup detat because they advised citizens to limit their movement and remain calm. They blocked all main roads leading to the capital

The soldiers took over a lot of the HQ and arrested a lot of officals inclduing the president Mugabe who is detained.

If they become successful they might bring regime change

This incident contains all elements and aspects of coup detat. Despite every african gloryfing mugabe for defending his land and taking back all the stolen farms. He must go because of his corruption. He just sacked his vp and appointed his wife who will also succeed him after his death.

Zimbabwe is a great nation with high literal rate and beautiful infrastructure but the government is holding the country back with their awful economic sanctions.

Hopefully this military change will make zimbabwe great again

Go zimbabwe

So it took OLD AGE for Mugabe to be disrespected huh? What a man. What an Alpha Man. (who despite having one ball, and the other chopped off due to illness was able to rule a country in a fist of respect and terror)

Grace Mugabe overplayed her hand. ZANU-PF had have to split for few months, Emmerson's sacking was a catalyst. He is backed by old guard in Army. So, pretty much the Army has thrown it's weight in his camp.

It was a party squabble that's what I said from the get go but folks who don't know Zimbabwe revolutionary history and are brainwashed by Western media all bootyclapped for a coup d'etat, if the same thing had happened in Venezuela these clowns would be crying and whining about the West.
I don't know if she overplayed her hand but since she beat up that young lady in South Africa her image too a dive and now the Western media are going after her, they always attack Black women more than any other women, the way they call this woman Gucci Grace you would think she buys more than those Gulf muzzie airhead women who keep those brand names alive or that she is an expensive whore like Melania Trump. This is how they use that same media to send propaganda after propaganda to distort and destroy Zimbabwe because they wanted someone like Mandela who would let them keep what they have stolen as if that would have made them more charitable, look at South Africa and all the tensions that bubble up every year, it's because the people are still dirt poor and live in shitty squalor townships something you'll rarely see in Zimbabwe, and even after having kept all their wealth in South Africa they still pile on that country and called it all types of names whenever the government does something they don't like, even if the government does something beneficial for the country like when the gov decided to cooperate with the Chinese, they still pissed on that country. I understand most of these refugee clowns here don't want to feel ungrateful and always side with the West in African affairs but there's a difference between being ungrateful and being totally brainwashed.
