Am talking about a month into a new job, you receive a response to job ad you submitted online just prior to finding current position whereby they agree to do skype interview (after explaining how I left Brisbane and can not fly back just for an interview). The salary is great, but how do you work around this sticky situation if they'd offered you a position assuming you nailed the interview, and let's just say your previous employer won't be happy to get called for reference checking again especially after you left on a not so great note -- leaving before your contract ended (they were happy to be a referee for current position, but they will definitely sabotage this one for me).

- Go to the interview.
- Stay at your current job. Dont quit your job until you have another. Also be cordial, keep to yourself, coworkers are not your friends.

Good luck, wishing you all the best.
