So KowJow is Isaaq?

This wikipedia user that goes by KzI55 is Habar Awal , he glorifies his clan and makes up bullshit history about "Habar Awal dominance" and constantly deletes Habar Yoonis individuals from the notable people section and puts an obscure Habar Awal in their in place. He also has an obsession with Haplogroup T, seeing as he persistently edits that page. The date of his first T-M184 tree edits also coincide with the date Jas made that post on Sspot. He saw her post and went straight to wiki and deleted "Garhajis" , its been his pass time for a month now. What other Habar Awal hates HY (calls them gaajo yoonis), frequents Somali forums and is obsessed with T , other than Drobbah?. All evidence points to him being the culprit. THis DNA biz has pyschologically traumatized the miskiin , ilaahay ha caafiyo

As for 'safe' investment, it all depends on how tolerant of risk you are. If you want to do minimal work/reading, I think you may want to check SMT, its a technology focused growth trust. Does quite a bit of investing in early stage tech companies, and has had stellar returns over the past decade or so. Be warned, shit will be volatile, but just ignore it and go about your life and you will be fine as long as you are in it long term. I think at the moment their top 10 holdings include TCEHY, AMZN, BAIDU, BABA, TSLA and FB.

If you would like even more risk then a portfolio of individual stocks is the way to go. Whatever you do remember to use an ISA wrapper if you are in the UK.

As the HY 'Penguin' was the only HG-T Somalispot individual registered on FTDNA, it ain't rocket science. The screenshot from his FTDNA relatives in the above thread was the same one that he used on Somalispot. Allah as my witness, I have never had a private exchange with him so allow the conspiracy theories please. I am mainly a reactive poster, not an instigator as evinced by my history on Somalinet.

If you are just starting out then scratch what I said about crypto. Get yourself a stocks & shares ISA (tax free wrapper, no brainer), and stick part of your allocation in a solid respectable trust (read up on SMT). Keep it simple and start reading up on investing and figure out what style suites you best.

Look at my first post in this thread, I also seriously doubt that we split from our Ayrab brothers in the past two millennia. However, I am playing it safe until a TMRCA is estimated for when we split from them.

As for T being found all the way down in Zimbabwe and Madagascar, that is a flawed argument. Madagascan J and T arrived with Middle Eastern traders/elites in the past millennium. As for Zimbabwe, the T and J found among the Lemba 'Jews' is also the result of a relatively recent migration from the Middle East. T does have a old presence in Africa as illustrated by its presence in Moroccan Neolithic samples but that T subclade is presumed to have arrived via Iberia and is different to the Y16897 subclade found among us. One must look beyond the Haplogroup (T), and focus on its subclades. My money is on an early Bronze Age migration event that brought Y16897 individuals to North East Africa/The Horn because the Y16897 subclade is currently estimated to have a TMRCA of 7200ybp.
