Veganism is unatural , your body is designed for meat consumption.
You would need allot of supplement and a very sophisticated vegan diet to come close to your dietary needs.
Just et meat.
I am mostly vegetarian though I have cut down meat consumption to 2 times a week, unless I am in Somaliland. It's healthy to eat less meat , but unhealthy to not eat any meat.
