I kinda feel for the Somali youth.

A large majority of Somali youths, living in the West fall for that quick-money, haraam lifestyle. They don't have a tight knit community they can turn to and obviously the environment they live in plays a huge role.

Some Somali parents turn to lazy parenting and resort to dhaqan celis, failing to see that fitnah is every where.

When the Somali diaspora youth return back home to Somalia/SL, there are many issues between the locals and the diaspora. A lot of those diaspora dhalin yaro then feel like they don't belong in the West nor back home and suffer an identity crisis, which ultimately results to self esteem issues and wax yaabo kale.

I don't know why Somali kids particularly boys in the west are so prone to go off the rails from the norms like focussing on school, and staying away from the problematic kids that forever leave them in a state of losernimo? You won't see this issue in the Indian, Chinese, Korean, etc communities.

It's not necessarily the parents' fault. Put my younger self in the most toughest environment, and still I wouldn't be tempted to socialize/get influenced by loser neighbour hood school classmates. :?

My cousin (living in Netherland) whose son fell of the rail, the Government helped him to deport back to Africa, and that's why they have low crime rate. Parents are more than happy to send back their kids home rather being a nuisance in Europe. I think it is high time now the UK should follow suit.

Agreed! But being poor shouldn't be an excuse to get involved in gangs when education is readily accessible and free up to year 13/12 high school.

This poor excuse of a human actually said, he targets kids that are being raised in single parent households :snoop:

"They see me as a role model, they look up to me. Because who else do they have to look up to?"

Wallahiiiiiiiiiiiii that's soooooo heart breaking to hear :broken:
