2) but MORE IMPORTANTLY i left out the late president because the men i listed have all been in wars commanding thousands of men. but remember during the somali-ethiopian war Jaalle Maj. Gen. Pres. M.S. Barre was the head of state and thus was not on the ground and before that well there were no wars in somalia for him to take part off
