War waxaan waa well-planned scheme oo la rabey in ambassador India looga convince gareeyo in reer Puntland easy access u helaan visaha India. The trick appears to have worked beautifully. From now on reer Puntland don't have to travel to Nairobi to obtain a visa to travel India. Effective immediately , reer Puntland will be able to get a visa by going to the new Indian consulate right here in Garowe
