1.Djibouti to have a Democratic General Election with IOG given General Immunity so he can live peacefully in His Country
2.Somaliland given a fair internationally observed Referendum which is legally binding so they can leave this limbo where they dont have recognition but function like a state (SSC given an option to remain within Somaliland itself)
3.Jigjiga with a ProONLF government which trigger the Article for SelfDetermination which finally allows a State of Ogadeniya which then gives it a Referendum of Complete Independence or to join Somalia.
4. A Alshabaab Free South with strict deradicalisation programs in the whole of Somalia. With Moderate Islam (Salafiyya/Suffiyah/Tablighiya)
(Shia,Ahmadiya,Khawarij Sects to be Banned)
5. Garrisa should have good representation in Kenya.
