Can't believe how organised this group are that even they got some people in intelligence who observe the victims movement and then some one who does the shoot so called first hand and another one who finishes the person off so called second hand and then some one who is by stander pretending to be civilian and misleads people helping and security by pointing them the wrong way where the criminals have run and even attending the funeral or even visiting the victims in hospital to make sure he/she is dead most times even knowing the victims and pretending to be a well wisher
All the atrocities this group commited in the capital they still have big influence
