Jeele never heard drainage and sewage and he was bragging how he gave ultimatum to his town planning engineers. Later Kariim told Siyad Barre, point a role based on your admiration for a daughter marriage not Capital city marriage.

Cismaan Jeelle, not Salaad.
He was adept at what he did. One of Xamars finest mayors. He commissioned the construction of the cities arterial roads, public bus system, Afisoone overpass etc to name a few of his achievements.
Btw, Ina Koosaar was his brother in law.
