Clan based competition for resources. What resources?
Somalia 42% percent of their business is based on service. Is the place an Island?
Intenational community participation is more than you can imagine.

NAM, OIC, OPCW, OPCW (signatory), UN, UNCTAD, UNESCO,
UNHCR, UNIDO, UPU, WFTU (NGOs), WHO, WIPO, WMO

All those international community came to Somalia because they think Somalis are in need of Something which Somalis will never understand for the next 100 million years to come.
I hope at some point we will find out what we need in Mogadishu....
