This was supposed to be a big scandal meant to disqualify Farmaajo from the presidential election. The attempt wasn't executed well. For one, the purported $7 million hand change is a chump change; $70 million or more would make sense. The fact that Farmaajo weathered a number of worse attempts (Qalbidhagax, Ikraan, attacking former presidents, badbaado qaran, etc) to discredit/disqualify him made this latest attempt harmless. It barely generated a reaction across social media; many (including pro-mucaarad camps) found it boring 'cause the numbers didn't add up. What's interesting is, there's an actual case against those behind the attempt, as the attorney general & other law enforcement agencies are after them.

Well you know what I visited the Website of the agency with the agreement and it clears states an up front money was paid to Somali government so if everyone denying it now who the hell signed the agreement and who was in charge Farmajo? Kheire? Or all 3 of them including the minister and the thing is why hide it and not make it transparent

Rooble assumed office on 23 September 2020, so Kheyre had nothing to do with it. If money was paid to the Somali government, it's Rooble's. In any case, the agreement is now null & void, and the oil company would have to go after those whom it paid.
