If these sanctions applied to Russia, it will bring more reactions to the world. White America is happy to hear that because they think that is the only way they can stage a revolution that ends Al-saud of America.

No nuclear war but Russia is willing to strike first with missiles even tactical nukes on Nato targets if anti ballistic systems increase in technical capability or reach a critical mass of numbers enabling Nato to threaten Russian deterrent.

Currently the US and Nato thr closest they have to a decent anti missiles system, is the ship based aegis system..
The patriot missile system. Has even proven to be obsolete and practically useless , THAAD is comparable to S300 from the mid 2000's. Israeli Arrow system is also not threatening to Russia at the moment.

But if Nato deploys a credible system in the future Russia has already said it will strike first.

I don't think nukes will be used in Ukraine right now.
Kadyrov is a drama queen.
If you noticed the lack of use of short range missiles and the use of iranian drones .

Russia is keeping its stock pile for use on nato.
Kaliningrad is packed full of tactical nukes.
They are serious about their use...
