What makes some Somalis gone astray after living in de West?

Many of us " Somlalis" lose our values and upbrings when we moved to live in Western countries like USA, UK, Australia. What are the reasons that make us dramaticaaly changed and divorce our orginal life style. Is it the white enviroment, or de self - shocked of their civilization, if they have one?

I don't know what you mean by "losing values", but the problem is that the poster of the contemperory Somali culture seems to be tribalism and its negative conotations, and who wants it? Are there any other Somali traditional values that we missed that you will like to share with us?

The poster probably is talking about the confused ones, the imitators, the Dabodhilifs and the sellout/outcasted gaal rac.
Some of the above discription think it is ilbaxnimo and to " fit in" so they do all they can to "fit in" with their new found "lifestyle."
