they did not sign the GLOBAL peace treaty
115 countries signed this treaty....
even countries that did'nt knw how too speak english signed the treaty
AND YET america REFUSED too sign this....
does'nt mean u have do wat the treaty say's but make sure u sign it
jus too show FACE u understand me....
but good thing RUSSIA arnt the most powerfull no-more last tiime they decided too start war POLAND DISAPEARED

Lol @ his sarcastic, I wish Somali had a stabled political unity. Let's put Somali dilemma aside, America on the other hand are the most hypocritical country there is out there. America has difficulties accepting NO. No in there lingo means war. such predictable fools.
