CELEBRATING THE GOOD PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE (must read thread)

U know, living in an evil world where people talk about nothing but wars and destruction, it's really easy to feel depressed and lose hope..That's why i think it's important we should celebrate and thank Allah (swt) for the few people who make life worth living....

Besides my beautiful family, i want to thank 2 of my closest friends..the only friends of mine who keep me on my toes..offer reality check when i'm beaming bizzare ideas..the 2 friends who gave me shoulders to cry when i was depressed and miserable and helped me back to earth when i was more manic than Tom Cruise on a good day...These 2 friends really saved me from getting in to trouble, not to mention $1000 on therapy sessions..Friends who remained optimistic even when the IRS audited after i claimed their children.

Friends who reminded me not to lose hope and make Tawbah (repentence)..Friends who invited me to go to the Masjid for Fajr prayer after a night of smoking pot and orgies..I thank my 2 best friends..

Maxamed the Mareexaan from Gedo

and

Cusman the Asharaf from Manibooliyo.

2 of the best muslims and humans on earth.

I'm so lucky to have them.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's your turn my beautiful brothers and sisters in Islam. Share with us your stories..share with us the people who make your life a better one. Smile

I don't live at home so when ever i'm about to be defeated by this focked up world i turn to my mom's (kindest human in this world), just a phone call away and just by hearing her affectionate, adoring warm voice all my quandaries just die away like that walah.

And then its my girl who keeps me sensible when ever i'm about to slay somebody or something, only an incredibly mentally tough woman can lever this crazy ass of mine and this girl does an overwhelming job for me and i'm truely appreciative to God for bringing these too women in to my life.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Allah for His generosity, benevolence and kindness. Special thanks to my parents (especially my mom) who were kind, patient, sacrificing and understanding while raising me. I would also like to thank my siblings, relatives, friends and acquaintances.

Two individuals whom I would like to mention their names:

Macalin Bisbaas of dugsiga Qur'aanka

and

Macalin Xarbi of Dugsiga Hoose Dhexe ee Banaadir
