whenever i met somalis they stretch their hands to me for handshaking but i refuse for health safety reason. even once a guy claiming to be my realative went too far by trying to hug me.


do you encounter such backward behaviours?

It's this recent innovation that unsettles me... the arabic one: kissing on the cheeks. WTF is up with that?

Handshaking is universal, not somali. Hugging to some extent is universal as well. Kissing on the cheeks, that's just naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaago culture shit aka arabs!
