Entertainment deluding...?

Art and music have become ways pf lulling the senses and producing a feeling of ease rather then challenging the ppl to think.
You could be watching news, ppl suffering and oppressors, makes you think and reflect for a spilt sec, and adverts come on and that mood is switched in a blink of an eye.
Is entertainment just brainwashing ppl into conformity and a happy delusion?
‘Mozart was played to the Jews as they marched to the gas chambers and Beethoven is played to cows to increase their milk yield’
Does music, films and the media produce a false contentment and direct ppl’s energies and ambitions into meaningless space? Or even stopping them from THINKING full stop...?

as faraxs, muslims and africans living in a western country where we have no control or say, over what we watch, i think its fare to say entertainment is brainwashing. not only to brainwash one particular group of people but influence a whole society. behaviour, attitude and even people's feelings. take a look at basra. a somali woman by name but a white girl by nature.

we are told what's humane and whats inhumane; what constitute a terrorist and whats democracy, freedom and liberty. we are told not only what to feel but when and how we should feel it.
Just as most soldiers i.e (mad mac) believe bullets will hit only others and not themselves, so do people; in their believe that they are more head strong than others. considering the fact that we are influenced indirectly by what we see and what we hear, -not to mention the simple fact that shaydaan is always upgrading his manipulation and coraption technics, ( i dont think he never had it so good) entertainment become BRAINWASHING.

I totally agree, we’re controlled, strings attached from every angle, self-deluding reality.
It’d be interesting to see a world without mass communication/technology, since it was created the gates to the intellectual world has been locked. We got machines doing our thinking...
