I couldn't move.......

Postby Babygal » Thu Apr 20, 2006 7:21 pm

the other day I woke up in the middle of night, i was laying flat on my back. i tried to turn over to my side and go back to sleep, by moving my arms over first, but they felt like they weighed a million pounds i could only get the up like an inch. i tried lifting my head but it was too heavy also. i just layed there for 10 minutes, and all of a sudden i could move. what the heck happened?

That's happened to me before, I tried to talk I could open my mouth but I couldn't say anything. It was the scarriest thing. I told my mom but she just said Shaydaanka iska naar so I did and it never happened again. My sister also told me to duceyso and read Fataxa before I sleep.....I try but sometimes Im just too damn tired.

But it is freaky!

I woke up one time and I couldn't see a thing for about 30 seconds Shocked. I started reciting the quran and I remember getting very dizzy and I went to sleep again. It was the most shocking event that ever happened to me.

if you go to a doctor he will tell you it is Sleep paralysis.. Sleep paralysis is a BS disease because from what I've read no-one really knows what causes it.

But it has happened to me a few times before. Notice how you always wake up right before it happens to you. I'm always awake/half-awake when it happens to and I usually hear this sound (almost like a vacuum cleaner) that gets louder and louder and bang, I cant move and I cant speak and when I try to speak I sound like a retard and my voice is different Laughing

Its been happening to me for quite some time now allthough it never happens when I read Aayatul Kursi.

Asalam Alaikom Warhmatullah Wbaraktuh

Sisters in Islam.. I know often I talk about Islam and many times some Muslims take it too lightly.. I am going to tell you this anyways.. Maybe Allah will guide me and you at the same time..

Here is my Story, the last time the same thing that happened to me as you was 7 years a go, I know it was because I was neglecting Prayers especially salatul fajer, I mean I use to maybe Pray few prayers on time and some I use to miss, and pray afterwards like fajer prayers.

This is TEST and a WORNING FROM ALLAH not being able to move plus I saw a black thing moving over me like a shadow you could actually see the reflection of the window into the room shifting I know as this big thing was moving and flexing Allah’s knows what like wings over me I could not see what sort of creation it was it was totally black like a piece of black Marow, wallahi I know this thing came because of my sins and that it was a warning from Allah so I stated to recite Quran I could only move my eyes the rest f my body was nonmed ! and my eyes was wide open I see this thing moving and I keep on reciting Quran and after a long time after trying to screamed for a long time un-successfully the Quran helped me and I screamed so hard my family come running in the bed room..

Today Allah gave me the knowledge to have deeper understanding of Islam only by his mercy, my main goal in life I Basically started to learn more about Islam my creator Sunnah from 7 years a go Allah has protected me from this thing ever since..

Wallahi I came to know that some people who do evil after they die they can be lifted from the ground they are too heavy wallahi this is not a joke some even can’t be faced to the Qiba as they did not use to pray .. even after the people place their head to the Qibla they head turns around and that is the Angles that dose so because these people neglected the Prayers when they use to live neglected to face Qibla and ask Allah for mercy and make dua so Allah humiliates them when they are dying making The shahada impossible for them and we know whomever say la Ashhadu ana ilah il Allah and dies enters Jannah as our prophet Mohamed said that in a hadeeth peace and blessings be upon him..

Some people sing while they are diying you tell them say the shahada but they sing as they use to sing when they were healthy, Some talk about wealth as that is the thing that made them forget their creator ====> some after their death less then an hour changes their body to jet black a humiliations and punishment from Allah !!

Warring for every Muslims to take a lesson from it!! But who will repent today over 500 verse in the Quran All kareem Allah tells us repent repent repent!!!

So sisters in Islam, we all fall short the best among us is the one that repents that is what prophet moahmed said peace be upon him ===========> I advice you all if you are neglecting prayers if you are not covering your self proper To fear Allah image angle of death coming to you all in that state are you ready for him Allah said in the Quran Al Kareem he will come to us when we least expected.. repent to night this morning and not any later repent NOWWWW..

Prophet Mohamed may Allah’s Peace be upon him use to repent over 70 times a day and his previous and future sins was guaranteed to be forgiven are we better then Prophet Mohamed. [May Allah’s Peace be upon him] that we don’t even repent one time a day do we have any sort of guarantee that we will enter paradise no wallahi we don’t have yet we neglect Allah and we take Allah for granted ..

Believer me we will die sooner or later but if we Pray wallahi we won't fear death and our hearts will be full of peace and no worries..

lol@silly goats maybe it is too much goat meat Smile

Baby/hana and everyone else who experienced this phenomena: It used to happen to me sometime ago. I used to go to college and work as a security guard @ nite. This thing happened to me when I am very tired. Sometimes, if I fall asleep and some1 rings the bell or calls me on the phone, I could hear everything but I got paralyzed and could not move my body (like u). Then I did a little research and here's what I found: Your brain turns off the connection between your head and the rest of the body when you sleep so that your body doesn't get confused by the complicated work the brain is doing, like healing your daily wear and tear, scary dreams, etc. Sometimes, it malfunctions and doesn't allow brain signals like orders to move or talk to reach their intended destinations on time. The opposite of this is sleep talking/sleep walking, etc. This time, the brain doesn't fully block signals going to and from the rest of your body. Thus sleep walkers/talkers end up acting on what was supposed to be a dream.

I also sleep talk (very rarely when I am tired) and used to sleep walk.

qansa, that happens to me. Now, I sleep with the light on and I rarely have monster nightmares. Get a dim/not so bright night-light and the monster will go away Cool

I always have two very weird dreams: 1- I always have very pleasant dreams where I can fly like a bird when every1 else can't. It is so sweet. the other one is not that pleasant: I am always walking around well dressed but barefoot. I googled "dream interpretation" and different so called dream readers say good things about both of these dreams.

This happened to me several times, its not something that would occur everyday. I use to blame it on marqaan until I gave up the legendary leaf.... for months. Laughing

I haven't had an episode like that for about a year now.
